Guide to use the set:
1. Apply the heating paste: squeeze out 5 drops of mugwort and ginger paste heating paste to the abdomen or any place where you want to sweat and lose weight, use your hands (disposable gloves are required) to evenly apply the heating paste, attach plastic wrap, and then wrap the waist belt.
2. Light the mugwort: When using the moxibustion column, first open the lids at both ends of the column, light the mugwort inside evenly, blow gently, and let it stand for five minutes to ensure that it is completely lit.
3. How to use the moxibustion cylinder: Use a long tool to push the moxa stick back into the column (or use the other end to knock on the table vertically, and the burning part can return to the cylinder), leave the moxibustion column on the table and wait for five minutes, wait for the smoke to become smaller and enter the light smoke state, cover the ignited section with a lid with a safety filter with a net to prevent the moxa ash from falling out), and cover the other end with a lid. Heat the whole body in a circular manner at a distance of about 10cm from the abdomen, knees, and soles of the feet. The whole heating process takes 30 minutes, 15minutes-rest for 3 minutes to 15 minutes.
4. How to maintain for recycling: After using the moxibustion column, use a filter to scrape the burned moxa ash from the column, stand the cylinder vertically again, knock on the table, and the moxa stick can return to the cylinder.
5. The most important thing: how to put out the fire! If you want to put out the moxibustion stick, cover the solid lid on the burning section of the cylinder, and the fire can be completely extinguished after two minutes.
