Return and Refund Policy

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products


Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer support at orders@herwaybeauty.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Package Your Return: Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Include the original packaging if possible.

  3. Ship the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

  4. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.


Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at orders@herwaybeauty.com.
We will assist you in processing the exchange based on product availability.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@herwaybeauty.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please:

  1. Check your bank account or contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  2. Contact your bank for further assistance, as processing times may vary.
